ABACA PLUS Filtre Kağıdı

Abaca filtre kağıtları Cafec’in sembol ürünü olarak tüm dünyada hızlı akışı, dengeli yapısı ve çevreci oluşuyla çok popüler olmuştur. Kağıt filtrelerin öncüsü olan Cafec, her zaman daha fazlasını hedeflemektedir ve Plus serisi sunduğu yeni özelliklerle Abaca kalitesini bir adım öteye taşımaktadır.

Abaca+ serisinde ”Fine Grained” isimli yeni bir üretim metodu kullanılmaktadır. Daha sık krepeli olarak adlandırabileceğimiz bu üretim tipi sayesinde Cafec her bir krepenin(kağıt üzerindeki mikro kırışıklıklar) birbirine olan mesafesini azaltıp, krepe sayısını arttırıp daha geniş bir kağıt yüzey alanı elde etmektedir. Doku ve krepelerin daha homojen ve sık dağılımı sayesinde filtre yüzeyi boyunca su ve hava geçişi daha eşit bir biçimde gerçekleşmektedir.

TH serisi filtrelerde kağıdın kendi yapısı su süzülme ve dolayısıyla demleme hızını belirler. Abaca+ serisi ise tamamen daha hızlı bir akış tasarımı üzerine kurulmuştur. Bu sayede tüm kontrolü baristaya bırakır.

Abaca+ filtreler içeriğinde çok dirençli abaca lifleri kullanmaktadır. Bu lifler sayesinde kağıt oldukça kuvvetli yapıdadır. Bu seri aynı zamanda FSC sertifikasına sahiptir ve çevre açısından son derece sürdürülebilir özellikler taşımaktadır. Krepelerin minimize edilmiş yüksekliği sayesinde standart paketlemeye göre çok daha az yer kaplar ve bu sayede de çevresel etkiyi düşürür. Abaca+ filtreler Cafec’in yeni jenerasyon filtreleridir!

”Fine Grained” Teknolojisi

Abaca+ serisinde kullanılan bu tekonoloji hızlı akışı krepelerin yüksekliğiyle değil kağıt yüzeyi boyunca sıklığıyla ve eşit olmasıyla sağlar. Bu yüzden filtrelerin yüksekliği düşmesine rağmen hızı artmaktadır. Üretim hattındaki hamur tamburu ve kurutucu tambur arasındaki hız ilişkisinin değiştirilmesi sayesinde Abaca+ yüzeyinde çok daha fazla krepe elde edilebilmektedir. Kurutma işlemi tüm Cafec filtrelerinden bildiğiniz üzere yine ”Air Through” yani hava ile yapılmaktadır. Bu sayede krepe yapısı korunmakta ve eşit bir filtreleme yüzeyi sağlanmaktadır.

Özgün Kağıt Üretim Teknolojisi sayesinde Hava Kurutma ile “İki Tarafta Krepe”

Standart kağıt üretim işleminde kağıt, ısıtıcı silindir ile kurutulur ve bu işlemde kağıdın bir tarafındaki krepe, yani yüksekliği sağlayan katman preslenmiş olur. Diğer taraftan CAFEC kağıtları, standart işlem ile presleme yerine basınçlı sıcak hava ile kurutma işlemine tabi tutulur. Böylece iki taraftaki krepelerin yüksekliği korunur. İki Taraflı Krepenin yüksekliklerinin dengesi sayesinde neredeyse tüm toz kahve partikülleri krepe tutunur. Bu sayede çamurlaşma olmadan temiz içim bir kahvenin keyfine varabilirsiniz. Dahası İki Taraflı Krepe, suyun pürüzsüz biçimde akışını sağlar.

After each order, we send the tracking code of the order via e-mail and we ship the package within 1-5 business days. After the package is delivered to the cargo company, it sends an SMS stating the delivery date of the package. You can view the details of your order via this e-mail and SMS.

Orders placed before 13:00 during the day are delivered to the cargo on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped the next day. However, orders placed before 12:00 on Saturday will be shipped on the same day. In addition, cargo service is not provided on Sundays.

If you are placing your order from Istanbul, beware! For orders placed before 11:00, there is an option for same day delivery within Istanbul for an extra fee.

Oplog Logistics company works with different cargo companies for each region. We do not interfere in the selection of the cargo company. Aras Kargo, Kolay Gelsin and Pack Upp are the cargo companies that send the most shipments.

Your invoice does not come with the product. We send it to the e-mail address you specified in your order in e-invoice format. Your invoice is sent after delivery. If your invoice has not arrived, you can specify your invoice request to the e-mail address satis@kahvebi.com.

Installment options appear when you enter your card information at the payment step. There are different installment options for each bank. Installment options are not determined by our company. It is a situation related to the payment infrastructure and your bank.
