Etiyopya’nın Yirgacheffe bölgesinde yer alan Chelchele, yüksek rakımlı üretimi ve floral karakteriyle öne çıkan istasyonlardan biri. Bu özel lot ise klasik Etiyopya profiline anaerobik fermantasyonun yoğun aromatik yapısını ekleyerek oldukça farklı ve katmanlı bir deneyim sunuyor.

Kontrollü anaerobik fermantasyon süreci sayesinde kahve; belirgin meyve yoğunluğu, derin tatlılık ve kompleks aromalar geliştiriyor. Fincanda ilk olarak kırmızı meyveler, mor meyve tonları ve floral dokular hissedilirken; devamında rosemary (biberiye) çağrışımı yapan herbal nüanslar ve şarapmsı bir yapı öne çıkıyor.
