WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST COMPARISON WITH V60?
I don't remember exactly, but I guess I saw it somewhere and decided to buy it. My first V60 was a red porcelain and when I got it I didn't quite know what to do with it!
WHY DO YOU LOVE THE V60?
I love the V60 because it's one of the most commonly used devices, but also very easy to try or use someone else's recipe at home.

Agnieszka Rojewska V60 Recipe
- Used V60: Metal
- Dosage: 15g of coffee and 250mL of water
- Duration: 1:00
Rojewska states that her general rule of thumb is to complete the total time to 2:15 for each coffee. This technique can be perfect for people who don't want to wait too long while brewing coffee. Rojewska brews often use the medium grind size and completes the brew in two pours.
Brewing instructions:
- Wait up to 15 seconds for flowering
- Pour water gently in circle with kettle
- Do this until you reach 150 mL.
- Then for the remaining 100mL, pour quickly into the center and keep the water level steady.
- The pouring of water should stop around 1:00.
