Ode 2, located in the Kahvebi store, has the appropriate technology for all brewing methods except espresso. It provides a next-generation grinding experience with new anti-static technology for less grinding mess, a redesigned loading chamber for smoother bean feeding, and an expanded 100-gram catch cup for bulk brews.       After each order, we send the tracking code of the order via e-mail and we ship the package within 1-5 business days. After the package is delivered to the cargo company, it sends an SMS stating the delivery date of the package. You can view the details of your order via this e-mail and SMS.

      Orders placed before 13:00 during the day are delivered to the cargo on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped the next day. However, orders placed before 12:00 on Saturday will be shipped on the same day. In addition, cargo service is not provided on Sundays.

      If you are placing your order from Istanbul, beware! For orders placed before 11:00, there is an option for same day delivery within Istanbul for an extra fee.

      Oplog Logistics company works with different cargo companies for each region. We do not interfere in the selection of the cargo company. Aras Kargo, Kolay Gelsin and Pack Upp are the cargo companies that send the most shipments.

      Your invoice does not come with the product. We send it to the e-mail address you specified in your order in e-invoice format. Your invoice is sent after delivery. If your invoice has not arrived, you can specify your invoice request to the e-mail address satis@kahvebi.com.

      Installment options appear when you enter your card information at the payment step. There are different installment options for each bank. Installment options are not determined by our company. It is a situation related to the payment infrastructure and your bank.

      You can return the products you purchased from our store within 14 days.
