Now, before moving on to special recipes for a loving coffee experience, let's review what we should pay attention to when making coffee.

What should be taken into consideration when making coffee?

When making coffee, meticulous execution of each step is vital to obtain the perfect coffee. Here are the important factors to consider when making coffee:

1. Coffee Beans and Grinding: Choosing quality coffee beans, together with the correct grinding setting, forms the basis of your coffee. Using freshly ground beans maximizes flavor and aroma profile. The grinding level should be adjusted according to the coffee brewing method. While finely ground coffee is ideal for espressos, coarser ground coffee can be used for the French press.

2. Water Quality and Temperature: Water makes up the bulk of coffee, so water quality is important. The ideal water temperature varies between 90-96°C. Using filtered or bottled water increases the clarity of the coffee, preventing off-flavors.

3. Correct Brewing Ratios: Coffee and water ratios should be chosen correctly. A ratio of 1:15 is generally preferred, i.e. 15 grams of water for every gram of coffee. This ratio ensures that the coffee is balanced and delicious. However, this rate may vary depending on personal preferences.

Although there are many details such as brewing time, equipment cleaning, and cup selection among the factors to be considered when making coffee, these basic steps form the basis of coffee. By paying attention to these elements, you can be sure that each cup of coffee is prepared with care.

  • 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup

  • Froth the strawberry milk until it foams (about 1 minute).
  • Slowly pour the strawberry cold foam over your coffee.
  • Your coffee is ready to serve, enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you don't have it on hand, you can also use vanilla syrup instead of vanilla extract.
  2. Monin Strawberry syrup is the most preferred among syrups.
  3. If you prefer a creamier, denser foam, replace 1/2 cup of milk with 1/4 cup of cream and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  4. If you don't have a milk frother, add the ingredients to a jar, close the lid and shake until it froths.
  5. Store leftover strawberry milk foam in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. You will need to lather it again before use.

Notes
